TESTING
We will randomly select finished products for quality inspection. The inspection results, including dimensions, thickness, surface treatment, color difference, and load-bearing capacity, will all meet our expectations.We will inspect each batch of goods before shipment to ensure that they arrive at your hands intact.
Practical Maintenance Guidelines
Conduct routine inspections every quarter, focusing on checking for loosening, deformation, or corrosion of fasteners, beams, and uprights, and promptly tightening or replacing damaged parts.
Strictly adhere to the rated load-bearing standards to avoid overloading and prevent collisions between handling equipment and the racking to protect structural integrity.
