What is carton flow racking?
Carton Flow Racks, also known as carton sliding rack or carton gravity flow rack or cardboard box flow racks, are a professional storage solution designed for efficient turnover of cardboard box goods. They are ideal for storing small batches of high-turnover cardboard boxes.
The racks are installed at a 3-5° incline, allowing cardboard boxes to slide automatically from the loading end to the picking end without manual handling, relying solely on gravity. They support First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management, significantly improving storage and retrieval efficiency.
