Yes. Our professional engineers provide free layout design and technical drawings. Once you provide warehouse dimensions and details regarding fire facilities or obstacles (walls, columns, etc.), we will generate 3D renderings and floor plans for your confirmation and provide an accurate quotation accordingly.
While we have no strict MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for most warehouse racks, we generally recommend a reasonable order volume. Given the bulk nature of industrial racking, shipping costs for a single set often exceed the product value, and smaller shipments are more prone to transit damage. Therefore, we suggest bulk purchasing to achieve higher cost-effectiveness, and ordering by Full Container Load (FCL) usually offers the best value for your investment.
Most of our warehouse storage solutions are custom-made to fit specific pallet dimensions and facility layouts. While there is no "standard" fixed price, we can provide reference pricing and case studies of similar projects to give you a quick estimate for your pallet rack or mezzanine floor system.
We do not keep ready-made stock because our products are bespoke to each customer's specific spatial requirements. However, our factory operates 15 advanced production lines, ensuring a fast lead time—usually within 15 to 18 days. The exact delivery schedule depends on your order volume and rack design.
Yes, we provide free samples for quality verification. Due to the high weight and volume of full systems, we typically send key components (such as column-beam joints). Just let us know your Freight Collect Account (FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.). If an account is unavailable, we can arrange the delivery and charge the shipping fee appropriately.
We follow strict export packaging standards, primarily using heavy-duty bubble film, cartons, or wooden boxes to ensure the safety of your cargo during transit. Bubble film is our most widely utilized method for maximum protection.
Yes. We work with stable freight forwarding partners to offer various shipping terms including FOB, CIF, and DDP. Quotations for shipping are provided separately for your transparency. We also fully cooperate with your designated freight forwarders or assist in consolidating containers across different cities in China.
Rack installation is designed to be user-friendly. We provide detailed PDF installation drawings and video guides after your order is placed. Most clients complete the assembly independently, but we can also provide on-site installation services if required.
