Industrial Plastic Pallets
Plastic pallets possess core advantages such as being lightweight and durable, moisture-proof and insect-proof, easy to clean and disinfect, nail-free and thorn-free, environmentally friendly and recyclable, and highly customizable. The products cover two main types: injection molding and blow molding, and are available in single-sided and double-sided options.
Lightweight at 5–20kg for easy manual handling and reduced labor intensity.
Corrosion & moisture resistant, easy to clean, meeting food & pharma hygiene standards.
Impact-resistant, long service life (3–8 years) and recyclable for eco-friendly use.
Customizable sizes & load capacity with anti-slip & anti-static options.
Safe without sharp parts, stable stacking saves storage and shipping space.
How to choose between single-sided and double-sided plastic pallets
1. The choice between single-sided and double-sided pallets depends on the handling equipment used, or the storage method (such as stacking or flat placement) in automated warehouses or pallet racking systems.
2. For high-bay racking systems primarily used for vertical transport, where forklifts are the main loading and unloading method, either single-sided or double-sided pallets are suitable.
3. For systems primarily used for horizontal transport, single-sided pallets are preferred if manual forklifts are used, while double-sided pallets are better if pallet stackers are used for multi-segment stacking.

The Role of Plastic Pallets in Warehouse Racking Systems
1. Enables unitized packaging and flow of goods, connecting all stages of warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading, and racking, serving as a key carrier for standardized logistics.
2. Works in conjunction with forklifts, stacker cranes, and automated equipment to reduce manual handling intensity, improve cargo turnover efficiency, and is suitable for layered storage of light and heavy goods.
3. Isolates goods from the ground, preventing moisture, contamination, and wear, making it particularly suitable for clean, humid, or hygienic storage environments.
4. Aids inventory management, facilitating goods stacking, counting, and traceability, and is compatible with various warehousing equipment such as pallet racks and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), adapting to diverse logistics needs.
