Combined with the actual needs of the customer’s warehouse and the characteristics of home appliance storage, we tailor-designed and recommended two sizes of heavy-duty selective pallet racking for them.

•  Specification 1: 2700×1100×5550mm, 1000kg load-bearing per layer, 122 sets in total. It is mainly used for storing large household appliances (such as small freezers and washing machines), adapting to the standard home appliance pallet size, enabling whole-pallet storage.
•  Specification 2: 1800×1100×5550mm, 800kg load-bearing per layer, 115 sets in total. It is mainly used for storing medium-sized household appliances (such as water dispensers, coffee machines, small freezers) and various electrical accessories.

The customized heavy-duty pallet racks accurately fit the warehouse layout, effectively solving the original storage pain points of the customer, and bringing multi-dimensional core benefits to the customer, as follows:

• Palletized storage allows forklifts to directly pick up entire pallets of goods, greatly improving inbound and outbound efficiency, reducing labor costs and goods damage.
• The storage capacity has achieved a doubling growth, now reaching about 900 pallet positions, and effectively improving the selective storage efficiency of each carton of goods.
• Multi-layer storage, one goods per layer without extrusion, maximizing the use of vertical space, increasing storage capacity and regularizing the warehouse layout.
• Adjustable beam height, compatible with the storage of household appliances of different specifications, reducing later storage costs.
• Core welded beam structure + anti-drop pins enhance the stability and safety of the shelves, ensuring the safety of personnel and goods.
